Loan Signing Agent

My job is so much more than just ‘point and sign’.

An exceptional Loan Signing Agent is one that goes above and beyond just signing, dating, and stamping paper and instead, does everything possible to meet the needs of the client and customer with confidence and integrity.

Choosing me to be your preferred notary will ensure you receive a trustworthy signing experience. I meticulously go over every document to ensure that signatures, initials, and dates are complete and all forms are filled out properly (e.g. the NRTC, PCOR, etc).

Your completed documents will be returned promptly as soon as the signing is complete and I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop everything to get it fixed asap!

You can rest assured that you will have a quality signing with me and I look forward to working with you!

Remote Online Notarization

Did you know many states have passed laws where you can legally sign and notarize documents 100% online!

Remote online notarization (RON) allows you to get a document signed, verified, and sealed. The only difference is you can do it all without leaving the comfort of your home or office.

We will meet through a soph a licensed notary, present your documents and sign your papers digitally.

Remote notarization can be more secure than visiting a traditional notary. These types of transactions are conducted on sophisticated platforms that perform ID verification, audit trails, and the highest level of security features.

I am currently verified on the following platforms. If a platform you use is not listed below, please let me know so I can start the onboarding process as soon as possible.

You may have heard about and may have signed many documents with an electronic signature, with or without an Electronic Notarization.

Online Notarizations are different from Electronic Notarizations in the following ways:

   •  Commission – An online notarization requires an additional application to the Secretary of State. Once approved the Notary will now also be commissioned as an official Online Notary Public

   •  Physical Appearance – With an online notarization, the signer appears before the Notary via an interactive, two-way audio/visual connection. With an Electronic Notarization, the signer must physically appear before the Notary, even though they are signing the document electronically.

   •  Technology – an online notarization must be performed with a scrutinized set of technological tools. In addition to the Notary obtaining a sophisticated Digital Certificate (signature) and Digital Seal, the platform that the online notarization is performed on must meet stringent privacy and security measures. The platforms that I am credentialed with above do meet all of the requirements.

Twenty-six (26) states have passed laws fully authorizing RON. This list has been growing rapidly as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, so please check your local state legislature to see if your state has been added:

Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

 – The following states have partially implemented RON, or have passed emergency legislation only.

Partial: Delaware, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Vermont

Emergency Legislation Only: Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and West Virginia.

States not listed have not passed any RON legislation.
